I recently hosted an event for chich Kosher fare was required. I called well in advance to order the food from Milk 'n Honey for the event. After a difficult time getting a hold of anyone, I finally was asked to send a fax with the details and was told someone would get back to me with a quote. Two days later I had to call to verify my fax was received, and was answered with,
